RNAseq Workflow
Illumina Tru-Seq RNA-seq protocol
RNA-seq (RNA-sequencing) is a technique that can examine the quantity and sequences of RNA in a sample using next generation sequencing (NGS). It analyzes the transcriptome of gene expression patterns encoded within our RNA.
Our current workflow includes:
-
Pre-process the raw high-throughput sequencing data.
-
Produce gene-level count matrices using normalising offsets.
-
Find statistically significant, differentially expressed genes.
-
Perform pathway and gene ontology analyses.
-
Generate different visualisations of the results.
Consulting services
Based on large experience in targeted genotyping and commercial genetic tests development, our consultancy services can help you to set up a new commercial genetic tests, including optimisation, experimental design, sample extraction methods, troubleshooting difficult samples and detailed data analysis.
We develop from concepts to market commercial genetic tests, focusing on your specific focus market. The services include, but are not limited to literate review, SNP selection, initial SNP validation and testing, reports design and development.
